Do you offer table-setting viewings so that I can see what the table would look like before the wedding?

Yes, we can schedule a “tablescape” appointment 30 to 45 days prior to your event for a low-cost purchasing fee. Most sample fees begin at $200.00 depending on your flower choice.

Can I request a room change or flip from the wedding ceremony to the wedding reception?

Yes, while room flips can be very cost-efficient, it does require additional planning, time, and labor.  Our standard transitional flip fee is $500+ considering the venue size or weather conditions.  The charge is for the additional for the staff to wait around for the flip.

How long does it take to flip and transition a room from a wedding to a reception?

Keep in mind flipping a room is like decorating an entire wedding reception within a limited time.  Depending on the amount of tables, chairs, floral, minor details and more the time will vary from 1 hour- 1 1/2 hours. Please make us aware of any room flips involved. This is very important and will affect pricing.

Do you work with Wedding Planners?

Yes, we highly recommend that you have a wedding planner or day of Coordinator for your wedding to run smoothly. We are associated with a wide network of wedding planners. If you are in need of Day of Coordination or Partial Planning, please check out our additional services.

How far in advance can I reserve my wedding date?

We accept reservations up to One year before the wedding day. A good rule of thumb is to reserve your date approximately 3 to 6 months prior to the event, However with COVID I would talk to a floral Designer soon as our Calendars are pretty full for 2022.

Do you accept installment payments?

Yes, we understand the financial duties of a wedding, and we can customize a comfortable payment plan with you.

When is the full balance due?

While we have many payment arrangements options, final payments are required 30 days before your event.

How much is the reservation fee?

The retainer fee is 20% of the Balance - non-refundable to reserve your wedding date. 

What is the cut-off date for changes to my design proposal?

You may make changes up to 14 days before your event. If changes are needed after the 14-day mark, additional fees may occur.

If my wedding becomes canceled, what is your refund policy?

Weddings can cancel for a number of reasons, and we offer credit to be used towards another date at least 3 months prior to the wedding. Unfortunately, if the wedding is canceled after the 3-month mark, we are unable to issue a refund unless it was cancelled due to a proven extenuating circumstance.
